02 / Why it matters

A roof you don't have to think about.

Thorough inspections

A proper roof inspection documents the condition of shingles, flashing, decking, and ventilation — with photos — so you know exactly what you're dealing with.

Repairs that hold

Storm damage, leaks, missing shingles, and flashing failures fixed with matching materials and proper technique — not a patch that fails next season.

Full replacements, built to last

Complete tear-off and replacement with architectural shingles, metal, or tile — installed to manufacturer spec so the material warranty actually holds.

Insurance claim experience

After storm damage, experienced roofers document everything your insurer needs and work alongside your adjuster's findings.

06 / FAQ

Anything else worth asking.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement? +
It comes down to age, extent of damage, and the condition of the decking underneath. Isolated damage on a roof under 15 years old can usually be repaired. Widespread granule loss, curling shingles, or recurring leaks on an older roof generally point to replacement. An inspection with photos gives you the evidence to decide.
How long does a roof replacement take? +
Most single-family asphalt shingle roofs are completed in one to two days. Larger homes, steep pitches, multiple layers of old roofing, or metal and tile systems can extend that to three to five days. Your written estimate includes the expected timeline.
Will you work with my insurance company? +
Yes. Roofers in our network regularly handle storm damage claims. They document the damage thoroughly, provide the reports and photos your insurer requires, and coordinate with your adjuster — though the claim itself always remains between you and your insurance company.
What warranties come with a new roof? +
Two kinds: the manufacturer's material warranty (often 25–50 years on architectural shingles) and the contractor's workmanship warranty covering the installation itself. Both are spelled out in writing before work begins.
